Tasty Oatmeal Cookies
All you'll need is half a cup of oats, a quarter cup of flour, four tablespoons of vegetable oil a pinch of salt, and about 3-4 tablespoons of very cold water. Simply mix the salt, oats, and flour together and then add the oil while you are mixing. Then add the ice water slowly until you get a nice dough, which should be a bit crusty. Roll out the doubt and cut in squares or use cookie cutters to make shapes. Bake the cookies on a baking pan in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes.

Broccoli and Cheesy Potatoes
You'll simple need three nice potatoes, steamed broccoli, grated cheddar, half a cup of skim milk, two teaspoons of corn starch, a quarter teaspoon of dry mustard, and about two teaspoons of butter or margarine. Bake the potatoes in the oven until they are done and while this is going on, steam the broccoli on the stove top or in the microwave. In a saucepan melt the margarine and then add the milk, cornstarch, and the dry mustard. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted. Add the broccoli to the pan. Mash the baked potatoes in a serving dish and pour your broccoli and cheese mixture over the potatoes and serve.
